Best Off-Road Jeep® Vehicles | Owego, NY
So you’re looking for adventure. You’ve come to the right place. More than any automaker, Jeep® has a vehicle lineup that’s excellently suited for off-road fun. From the Wrangler to the Gladiator, when you see the Trail Rated® badge on the car, you know you’re in for something special.
2020 Jeep® Wrangler
The 2020 Jeep® Wrangler is the direct continuation of the famous WWII Jeep. With more than 75 years of off-road engineering expertise to support it, the modern Wrangler is, quite simply, a must-have tool for every outdoor enthusiast.
The Wrangler boasts three potent 4x4 systems, top-notch water-fording capability, high-strength steel skid plates to protect its underbody, and numerous suspension and electronic features designed to enhance its rock crawling abilities. Between the remotely disconnecting sway bar, electronic locking differentials and impressive axle articulation, there’s no obstacle too extreme for the Wrangler to handle.
The new Jeep® pickup truck is the only Trail Rated® pickup truck ever built. It gets up to 11.1 inches of ground clearance and features special water sealing to help you get through streams and creeks as deep as 30 inches.
Standard on the 2020 Jeep® Gladiator are heavy-duty Dana® 44 front and rear solid axles, which were built with extra-thick tubes and forgings to be even more rigid and durable than normal, ensuring the Gladiator is up to the task even after years of use.
Because the Gladiator is a high-riding pickup, it can be a little tough to see what’s directly in front of you. That’s why it comes with a segment-exclusive forward-facing TrailCam Off-Road Camera that makes it easier to see obstacles. It even has an integrated washer to clean off mud splatter.
Jeep® Grand Cherokee
Just because you have a family doesn’t mean you should compromise off-road performance. That’s the promise made by the Jeep® Grand Cherokee, which has comfortable seating for five as well as many of the features that make the Gladiator and Wrangler stand out. Skid plates, all-terrain tires and an advanced Quadra-Drive® II 4x4 system all do their part in ensuring that when the kids have been dropped off at school, you can take the fun route back home or to work. And if you come across someone who made the mistake of off-roading without a Jeep®, that’s what the tow hooks are for.
