Paying Once Should Be Enough

When you pay for a qualified repair here at Kevin's Royal Automotive, PayOnce is included. If that same covered repair fails again while you own the vehicle, you pay $0 for the covered part and the labor to install it.

You already paid once. You shouldn’t have to pay again.

Why this matters when you’re paying out of pocket

You approve the repair. You pay for it. From then on, the work you just bought is protected—so a second failure of the same covered repair doesn’t become a second full bill. Repair it once. Stay covered if it happens again.

How PayOnce protects you

1. You pay for the repair today.

Example: a blown head gasket is repaired and you pay $3,000.

2. That repair is now covered.

    PayOnce follows the part(s) that were repaired or replaced on that job.

3. If it fails again, your next covered repair is $0.

    The next time that same covered repair is needed, you spend $0 on the covered part and installation—at a licensed repair facility, after authorization. Drive knowing a repeat of the same problem doesn’t automatically mean another out-of-pocket hit.

Yes — brakes and batteries are included!

If you just paid to replace pads, rotors, or a battery, that job is covered by PayOnce.  The next time you need brakes or battery service, you're covered! 

If a covered repair fails again, do this before any work starts:

    1.    Call the RoadVantage Claims Center at 844-427-4278, or have Kevin's Royal Automotive call.

    2.    Wait for authorization.

    3.    Once authorized, the repair can proceed.
